**About Us**:
Heart Services is a leading hospitality group behind popular WA venues like Hillarys Beach Club and Bar Ole. We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Assistant to support our growing team at our head office in Clarkson.

This part-time role is ideal for someone with hospitality experience, a working knowledge of the Hospitality Industry General Award (HIGA), and a keen interest in HR, payroll, and office accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with HR processes, onboarding, and staff communication
- Support payroll processing and award compliance
- Help with accounts payable, reconciliation, and general admin
- Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and process payment runs
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Liaise with venue managers on staffing and HR matters
- Respond to general HR and payroll queries
- Maintain accurate employee and financial records

**Requirements**:

- Experience in hospitality HR or admin roles
- Knowledge of the Hospitality Award (HIGA)
- Familiar with platforms like TANDA, Deputy, or Employment Hero
- Basic understanding of accounts procedures and payroll
- Experience with Xero (preferred)
- High attention to detail and strong time management
- Team player with great communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
