About The Role

Based at Maules Creek Mine, we have multiple opportunities to join a large team of fitters and grow in a supportive environment. We have an ultra-class fleet of mining equipment including CAT and Hitachi machinery.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct required repairs & maintenance on a wide range of mobile equipment
- Demonstrate visible safe working practices & a commitment to safety in the workplace
- Work with minimal supervision & carry out assigned work orders
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative organisational culture

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in mining or heavy industry maintaining mobile equipment
- Trade certificate in Mechanical or Heavy Fabrication (including NSW Certificate of Proficiency)
- Local residence in the Gunnedah area, or willingness to relocate
