CloudMarc is a technology consultancy specialising in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and Digital Transformation. We work with tier-1 enterprise clients delivering high-quality testing solutions across complex Salesforce implementations.

We are currently seeking a
Salesforce Tester
with strong functional testing experience across Salesforce platforms. This role suits someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing across Salesforce platforms
  • Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Design and execute test cases and test scenarios
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, integrations, and data
  • Log, track, and retest defects using test management tools
  • Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders
  • Contribute to test planning and test reporting

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a
    Salesforce Tester / Test Analyst
  • Strong functional testing experience across Salesforce
  • Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery and the SDLC
  • Strong defect management and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable Experience

  • Salesforce certifications
  • API testing experience
  • Test automation exposure (Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, or similar)
  • Integration testing experience
