Our client, a leading national civil engineering and demolition contractor, has an immediate requirement for a Safety Advisor who can demonstrate 3-5 yrs experience within the civil engineering / construction sectors.

This position will be on a 2/1 roster working as a back-to-back with their current Safety Advisors on two separate projects.

Due to the level of this opportunity, we are seeking applicants with a maximum 5 yrs experience looking to a defined career path in OH&S. Australian experience is essential and applicants with non-construction experience won't be considered.

This opportunity will initially be on a 7-month contract basis on which you will directly be employed by our client. This position will become permanent, depending on your performance, due to an extensive pipeline of work going well into Q3 of 2026 

Due to the level of this position fitting within their existing safety team candidates previously holding a senior safety position will not be considered as this will be reflected in the salary on offer.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Perth Based
  • Cert 4 / Diploma in OH&S or equivalent
  • 2-4 yrs experience in a similar safety position
  • Civils / construction experience required
  • Contractor experience preferred
  • Computer literate essential
  • Strong communicator with attention to detail
