Are you the kind of person who sees a dent and can't wait to work your magic? At Carma, we're looking for a skilled
PDR Technician
who knows their way around glue pulling, leveraging, and all the tricks of the trade to restore vehicles to perfection. If you're self-motivated, love a bustling workshop, and have a sharp eye for detail, this role is your chance to shine—literally and figuratively

What you'll be doing

  • Using expert PDR techniques to remove dents and restore vehicles to their dent-free glory.
  • Collaborating with the team and manager to ensure repair expectations are met.
  • Advising on panel defects and recommending the best repair approaches.
  • Completing high-quality repairs efficiently, ensuring every vehicle meets Carma standards.
  • Pitching in with vehicle prep and helping to create a top-notch workshop environment.

  • Experience as a PDR Technician and your own kit of tools.
  • A love for precision and attention to detail—no dent too small, no corner overlooked
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping quality front and center.
  • Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and pride in maintaining a clean, professional workshop.
  • A clean NSW driver's license.
