A rare opportunity exists to join our Senior Management Team, leading the School's forward-thinking and contemporary academic program, which includes the International Baccalaureate Diploma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Curriculum Leaders and manage academic programs for Years 7-12.

  • Oversee teacher performance, mentoring, and professional development.

  • Deliver exemplary classroom teaching as a role model.

  • Manage subject selection, class allocations, and assessment schedules.

  • Drive curriculum review, external exam preparation, and data analysis.

  • Monitor and maintain academic policies and standards.

  • Support the Principal and Senior Management Team in strategic decision-making.

  • Represent the School at events and engage with staff, students, and parents.
