At 4C Group, we pride ourselves on being a leader in providing fixed-price container packing/unpacking and managed labour hire services across Australia. With offices in 5 states and a dedicated team of 600+ staff (and growing), we are committed to safety, operational excellence and building strong, lasting client partnerships. As our operations expand across Australia, we are looking for a passionate, proactive and well organised Administration Officer to join our dynamic team based in our Hemmant head office.

About the role and Opportunity:

As the Administration Officer, you will be joining 4C Group at an exciting time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team with administrative coordination and scheduling functions
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and manage organisational databases (Share point experience highly regarded)
  • Support internal systems including HR, finance, and supplier arrangements
  • Prepare reports, correspondence and documentation as needed
  • Oversee office supplies, facilities, and general administration
  • Contribute to organisational planning and support team-wide efficiency

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications/ skills, or be prepared to undertake additional training to achieve:

  • Demonstrated Business, Admin or Finance qualifications or relevant work experience
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, bringing a solutions-focused, pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent multitasker and agile worker
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite
  • Tech-savvy & systems-driven, with experience managing financial/ accounting systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Current Drivers Licence & Car
