You'll create connections, build trust, and make a real impact on the lives of pets and their pet parents.

Your Role:

  • Provide knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
  • Build relationships with customers, offering warm, genuine service
  • Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
  • Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
  • Work as part of a supportive, team-focused environment

About You:

  • Previous experience in retail or other customer service role is desirable
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Forklift license is desirable
