About the role...
We are currently seeking a passionate P&C Coordinator reporting directly to the GM P&C. You will be a strong team player with HR experience and relevant qualification. Working within a small close-knit team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the People and Culture team in all aspects of People & Culture and talent development including a focus on end-to-end recruitment, communication, onboarding, training & development as well as involvement in a number of P&C projects.
Join Norths Collective which includes Norths Cammeray, The Greens North Sydney, The Alcott Lane Cove, The Verandah Beecroft, Seagulls Tweed Heads and The Bowlo Bangalow.
Your Key Priorities will be to:
• General Administration. Initial point of contact for all P&C enquires, administration and maintenance of our HRIS and LMS to maintain data integrity. Providing operational support across a range of HR functions and processes and contributing to team initiatives.
• Recruitment and Onboarding. End to end recruitment, onboarding, ensuring we are delivering on our EVP promise and most importantly partnering with our leaders on achieving a high performing team and achieving our recruitment targets and objectives.
• Rewards. Administration of our reward and recognition programs and appreciation events.
• Communication and Partnering. Significantly contributing to the delivery of internal communications, building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnering with them on people matters with a focus on training and recruitment.
• Performance Management. Assist in the performance appraisal and performance management documentation process.
• Training and Development. Coordinate training and development programs including recording training requests, training calendar, training sessions and orientation days.
• Strategy. Be an active contributor to our P&C Roadmap.
The Candidate:
• 1 + years' experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of a hospitality environment
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
• Genuine care for the importance of our employees to the business
• Great attention to detail and communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Demonstrate a positive attitude no matter the situation
