Join a long-established builder with over 30 years of experience in the residential construction industry. This is a trusted, stable company with a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering quality homes and great customer experiences. The culture is supportive, professional, and genuinely friendly you will feel part of a team that values reliability, respect, and a sense of humour.
As the House and Land Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the process from land identification through to contract preparation. This role suits someone who enjoys keeping things organised, thrives on detail, and takes ownership of their work. You will be coordinating information between the sales, estimating, drafting, and construction teams to ensure every file is accurate, compliant, and ready to progress.
What you will be doing:
Manage and maintain house and land package documentation from creation through to contract stage
Use builder software to site houses correctly on each lot and ensure all designs meet developer and council requirements
Liaise with developers, sales consultants, and internal teams to confirm pricing, inclusions, and site details
Prepare and review contracts, variations, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance
Keep CRM and internal systems updated with current lot information, pricing, and marketing details
Follow up on key milestones and approvals to make sure timelines are met
Assist with preparation of sales packs and marketing materials when required
You will fit in here if you enjoy working in a structured environment, like having ownership of your files, and are happiest when things are accurate, on time, and running smoothly.
To be successful, you will need:
Previous experience working for a residential builder or developer (essential)
A solid understanding of land and building contracts, estates, and developer requirements
The ability to use builder software to site homes and interpret estate guidelines and plans
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confidence using computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
A proactive attitude and the ability to communicate clearly across different teams
This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected company that values its people and has stood the test of time in the industry. The role is office based, with a supportive manager and a stable workload.
