What you'll do
- As a member of the Cloud team, you will deliver operational activities, ensuring the seamless delivery of services that align with TLC's strategic business objectives.
- You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across cloud services, proactively responding to incidents, and spearheading continuous improvements to enhance efficiency.
- A key focus will be ensuring strict adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery within our guidelines.
What you'll bring
- Experience working within a complex cloud environment, you are technically adept and able to deep dive into GCP or Azure technologies with ease.
- Ideally, you will have some experience troubleshooting and optimizing Kubernetes environments in the cloud.
- You are comfortable working with stakeholders across both corporate and technically focused teams.
- You are a self-starter, looking for an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
- You have excellent communication skills, you're as comfortable delivering well-crafted technical documentation as you are composing an email to a key stakeholder.
