  • Managing and maintaining day-to-day operations across Windows IaaS, AD, ADDS, DHCP, DNS, Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, Intune), and cloud services including Azure and AWS.
  • Ensuring systems are securely patched, upgraded, and aligned with best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 10+ years in infrastructure support, ideally in complex 24/7 environments.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Defender, Defender for O365, and Zscaler.
  • Solid knowledge of M365 administration – including Exchange, Intune, Teams, and MFA.
  • Proven experience across infrastructure monitoring and maintenance tools.
  • Deep technical knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Access Management (IAM) practices.
  • Experience in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and technical design for hybrid or on-prem/cloud environments.
  • Ability to automate routine tasks and drive scripting efficiency.
