Are you a reliable, caring support worker with a "can-do" attitude and a genuine passion for helping others live independently and with dignity? If so, I'd love to hear from you

I am looking for a support worker to join my small team and help me live as independently and comfortably as possible in my home and community.

About the Role:

You'll be working one-on-one with me – a person with a Neurological disability – providing support with personal care and daily activities in my home and out in the community. I'm after someone who is calm, respectful, and genuinely wants to make a positive difference in someone's life.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Personal care- including complex care (e.g. bowel and continence management)
  • Medication management
  • Meal preparation and domestic assistance
  • Hoist transfers
  • Skin care and basic wound care
  • Shopping, transport, and community access
  • Working alongside my existing team in a respectful and collaborative way

Shifts currently on offer:

  • Morning: 7:30am – 9:30am (Saturday to Thursday)
  • Evening: 8:00pm – 10:00pm (Saturday to Thursday)
  • Day shift: Tuesday or Wednesday 7:30am – 4:30pm

I'm looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and available on a weekly basis.

About you:

You are someone who communicates well, is dependable, and treats others with kindness and dignity. Experience with high physical support is a bonus - but a great attitude and commitment are just as important

What you'll need:

The right to live and work in Australia

A current Police Check (or willingness to get one)

Driver's licence and reliable transport

Experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)
