**Complete Care Team** is a highly respected Disability Support Provider, established in 1999 to provide a quality home-based person-centred service. Our focus is on putting the client in control of their care, while assisting them to achieve their goals and maximise their independence, both at home and in the community.

Our **Greater Western Region branch** is looking for Care Workers or Assistants in Nursing to join our team to support our clients across the **Blue Mountains**.

**Duties may include**:

- Domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Personal care
- Assistance with mobility and exercise programs
- Support to attend appointments and community events, or to go shopping

**Essential**:

- First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWSC)
- National Police Check (NPC)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Working rights in Australia
- Driver Licence
- Reliable insured vehicle

**Preferred but not essential**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Industry experience
- An understanding of person-centred disability care

Pay: $33.80 - $36.00 per hour

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
