**About role**
An opportunity to make a real difference in the community.
Seeking caring and committed people to support a 42-year-old man with a spinal cord injury (ventilated via a tracheostomy) to remain living independently at home by helping him achieve daily activities such as:
- Preparing meals
- Cleaning the house
- Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing
- Going on outings (in the community)
- Taking medications
- Participating in physical therapy
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
