About You

We are seeking a Senior Women's Health Physiotherapist who:

  • Lives in or is willing to relocate to the beautiful Central Coast region.
  • Has experience working in a busy private practice.

  • You are an experienced Women's Health Physiotherapist (3-5 years) with proven competence in managing Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.
  • Knowledge or experience with Clinical/Rehabilitative Pilates is a bonus.
  • You will be supported by a highly specialised and deeply collaborative multidisciplinary team (MDT) that includes Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology (EP), Osteopathy, Occupational Therapy (OT), Remedial Massage, and a Movement Coaching.

The Role - Benefits for you

Your expertise will be rewarded with a transparent and competitive package structure. Your level of experience will determine your Total Package Value (TPV), which ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements.

  • The hours required for this role are anywhere from 28 hours to 38 hours a week for the right applicant (flexible 3 or 4-day option available).
  • You will be replacing an existing therapist with a busy caseload that you will step straight into and not have to build up.
  • You will treat a mix of specialist private Women's Health & Musculoskeletal clients, and we will assist you in building a niched caseload to suit your specialist area of interest.
  • Our therapy rooms are beautiful, light filled and spacious.
  • Our preferred candidate will have 5+ years in private practice, and our ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience. This is not a position suitable for new graduate therapists.
  • Your salary package: includes a bonus/commission structure which allows you to take home an extra $20,000–$30,000 per year in performance-based bonuses (included in the TPV maximum).
  • CPD opportunities: We offer generous support for your success
  • You will have access to a PD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring, external paid mentors the clinic engages, and any onsite physiotherapy professional development training events that happen within our clinic, which you can attend for free.
  • Our clinical mentor is a highly skilled private practice physiotherapist who mentors our team on a weekly basis.
  • If you have aspirations to be our next clinical mentor as part of your role, this is also an opportunity available with this role (based on you having previous experience mentoring in your current or past roles).
  • Team Building: Each quarter we close the clinic for a dedicated Team Day, ensuring regular team building, fun, and strong team cohesion across the entire practice.
