C Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Duty Manager to join our establishment.

As a Duty Manager you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation as a premier Perth dining destination. Your proven experience as a leader in the hospitality industry will be invaluable in overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's day-to-day operations, from managing staff and maintaining high-quality service standards to optimising revenue and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff, to consistently deliver outstanding service to our guests. Establish and maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise revenue and manage costs effectively, while upholding the highest quality standards.
  • Train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, seeking opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a leader in the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating diverse teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, staff, and suppliers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including hygiene and safety standards.
  • A passion for fine dining and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
