We're thrilled to announce the exciting re-launch of Events at Bankstown Sports Club As our calendar fills up, we're expanding our events team and are on the lookout for experienced waitstaff to help deliver unforgettable experiences to our member and guests.

In this role you will provide an all-round memorable experience to guests, in a welcoming and fun environment. This position will suit someone who delivers superior customer service and professionalism at its best

What we are looking for:

  • Welcoming and interacting with all patrons to make sure the event is running at customer expectations
  • Ensuring function rooms are set up according to requirements listed in Banquet Event Order
  • Can provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to our patrons that differentiates us from our competition, whilst working in a fast paced environment
  • Has the positive attitude, passionate, motivated, and loves to interact with people
  • Cleaning and stocking food and beverage items as required

Essential Criteria includes:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or strong hospitality experience
  • Able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiative
  • RSA & RCG licence - Or be willing to obtain
  • Availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
