**About the team**:
Our Coles Liquor team work across three leading brands (Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base. With a network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the National Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for the analysis of workforce operational cost, at both a national and store level.

You’ll also:

- Identify and present commercial opportunities to improve store performance
- Develop key Workforce Planning Initiatives
- Provide insight into how we can structure and approach labour models to best support our availability and commerciality
- Undertake periodical reviews of store cost lines, support analysis around incentive programs and communicate commercial opportunities to the business
- Engage with stakeholders to build pre and post impact analysis, understanding our customer needs as well as ensuring we are aligned to commercial requirements
- Play a key role in the continuous improvement, optimisation and simplification of workforce planning, assist in building a business cases to support new initiatives

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for a detail oriented professional with strong understanding of workforce planning and inventory systems. You have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to identify root causes of issues.

You’ll also need:

- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and data modelling ideally for workforce planning/labour modelling within large corporations
- Project management skills and advanced MS Excel skills to create and present detailed reports
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to present complex data and concepts to senior stakeholders to influence decision making.
- Experience in utilising data analytics to influence key business partners and drive change
- Previous exposure to Kronos and experience in Payroll will be highly regarded
