Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module, ensuring integration with other HR and payroll functionalities.

Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module implementation and configuration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, integration techniques, and knowledge of time and attendance policies.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements related to time and attendance management.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects effectively, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification, particularly in Time Management, is highly preferred. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
