The role
Elegance HLM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our clients prestigious Private Office. In this key role, you will provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support as their right hand. Your exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail will be crucial in keeping the principals private matters running smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality document preparation, including reports, presentations and correspondence
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications effectively including all private matters with family
- Coordinate and support special projects and events as required
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry and expense management
What we're looking for
- Proven track record as a Private Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting UHNW or high level senior executives
- Minimum 5-7 years of Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Advanced in using standard office software, including MS Office suite
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
- Australian work rights are required for this position
