The role

Elegance HLM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our clients prestigious Private Office. In this key role, you will provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support as their right hand. Your exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail will be crucial in keeping the principals private matters running smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  1. Provide high-quality document preparation, including reports, presentations and correspondence
  2. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
  3. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications effectively including all private matters with family
  4. Coordinate and support special projects and events as required
  5. Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry and expense management

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record as a Private Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting UHNW or high level senior executives
  2. Minimum 5-7 years of Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience is required
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  5. Advanced in using standard office software, including MS Office suite
  6. Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  7. Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
  8. Australian work rights are required for this position
