Downer is seeking a proactive and professional
Personal Assistant
to support our senior leadership team within the Transport & Infrastructure AU business. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing high-level administrative support to the EGM Finance & Performance, EGM People & Culture, and GM Maintenance & ITS.

What you'll do

  • Provide executive-level administrative support including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting documentation.
  • Coordinate corporate functions, manage meeting rooms and catering.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Support internal projects, marketing initiatives, and team development activities.
  • Assist with facility coordination at North Ryde and help administer Downer systems.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting packs.
  • Foster a culture of safety and contribute to Zero Harm initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll bring

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong initiative, autonomy, and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
