The Opportunity
As Regional Manager for NSW, you'll lead
13 stores
and a team of passionate Store Managers. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape strategy, influence culture, and deliver commercial results across your region.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Regional Performance: Deliver sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead & Develop Leaders: Coach and mentor Store Managers to build high-performing teams.
  • Strategic Execution: Identify growth opportunities, leverage data insights, and implement initiatives that align with Bevilles' national strategy.
  • Customer Experience Leadership: Ensure every store delivers an exceptional brand experience.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build future leaders and foster a culture of engagement and accountability.

What You Bring

  • Proven multi-site retail leadership experience (essential).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and influence outcomes.
  • Inspirational leadership style with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • Flexibility to travel across NSW and a valid driver's license.
