Viper Industrial Group PTY LTD is seeking a skilled Diesel motor Mechanic to join our family-owned business, As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, construction equipment and vehicles. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our customers.

Tasks & responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, equipment and vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance on diesel equipment
  • Inspect and test vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Qualifications & experience
  • Certification/trade qualification in Heavy/Diesel Mechanics or suitable on the job training
  • Trade Certificate in Diesel Fitting, Heavy Duty Diesel Fitting, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • 4 years Proven experience working with diesel engines
  • Experience with heavy mobile equipment, earthmoving machinery, or construction equipment preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid HR driver's license or ability to obtain
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Legal right to work in Australia
