We're looking for a skilled Workshop Foreman – Heavy Diesel Fitterto join our Yatala based workshop in a permanent full time role. This role calls for hands-on leadership and technical expertise to drive performance and maintain high standards across the workshop.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing daily workshop operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

  • Supervise and mentor workshop staff to ensure both productivity, as well as high-quality work.

  • Lead by example, completing high quality mechanical/technical workshop repairs.

  • Managing workflow, job allocation, and deadlines to keep projects on track.

  • Driving compliance with strict safety, environmental, and quality standards.

  • Collaborating with the Workshop Manager and site teams to achieve successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter with a minimum of 3+ years' experience.

  • Proven experience with earthmoving equipment and trucks is essential.

  • At least 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role, overseeing teams in a workshop environment.

  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills.

  • Proven ability to manage and develop people while driving performance.

  • A safety-first mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
