About the Role – Support Worker / Youth Mentor (Casual)

Based across Melbourne and surrounding regions, you'll:

  • Engage participants through fun, meaningful activities (indoors or outdoors).
  • Build safe, trusting relationships.
  • Support participants to achieve growth and independence.
  • Document progress and collaborate with the team.

What We're Looking For

  • A person who "gets" that 
    fun → connection → achievement
     is our method.
  • Experience supporting young people, NDIS participants, or those with complex needs.
  • Strong communication, resilience, and authenticity.
  • First Aid & WWCC required; youth work / social work qualifications preferred.
