 The Department
of Customer Service (DCS) is looking for a Senior PAM Engineer (Senior Privileged Access Management Engineer) to join our
growing team

•  Salary range: $129,464 - $142,665+ super, commensurate with experience.

pivotal to help mitigate security risks across DCS and its Agencies, whilst
contributing to strengthening the security posture within the organisation.

 Your
responsibilities will include: 

•  Design, implement and maintain Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including integration with enterprise systems and applications.
•  Lead the development and enforcement of PAM policies, standards, and best practices.
•  Monitor and respond to PAM-related security events, alerts, and incidents.
•  Drive automation and orchestration of PAM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
•  Conduct regular audits and assessments of privileged accounts, access controls, and session activity.

 About
you: 

•  Deep expertise in PAM technologies such as BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Delinea, or similar platforms.
•  Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, and other identity protocols.
•  Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to streamline PAM operations.
•  A passionate understanding of the cyber security environment and a drive to uplift security effectiveness
•  A collaborative team player who can work with technical and non-technical teams to ensure appropriate understanding of process, procedures and requirements.
