The Company:

Pinnacle Grain Packers; a container packing facility has been on a rapid growth curve with expanding demand for their services. The plant is located in Wattleup, close to the Kwinana Industrial area.

The Business:

Involves handling a variety of grain, receiving it by road train delivery, transferring it to silo storage and packing it out into shipping containers. The facility needs to be maintained in optimum condition to ensure efficient handling of the product and to meet customer expectations, which is time critical because of narrow window of container availability.

The Equipment:

Includes Silos, Elevators, conveyors, augers, weighing equipment, heavy duty forklifts and container handling equipment.

Job Description:


• Weigh trucks and sample grain (no prior experience necessary—we provide training).


• Coordinate with various logistics partner


• Maintain all records for deliveries coming in the yard


• Regular stock tracking and running of the office


• Maintain all data on spreadsheets and coordinate with different departments to give them the right information


• Uphold all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.


• Ensure all visitors to the grain site are welcomed and enjoy a positive experience.

You will have:


• Should be an expert in Microsoft Office


• Previous experience in the grain industry will be beneficial but not necessary


• A strong focus on safety and a proactive approach.


• A 'can do' attitude that aligns with our company culture.
