At Complete Group, we specialise in the Manufacturing of Transportable site Accommodation for Mining and Construction sites, alongside our Hire Business Complete Portables delivering site assets daily across the Metro area. Our head office is based in Wattleup WA, with depots in Busselton, Port Hedland, and Sydney NSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting directly with Building Manager and work closely with site teams
• Working with various trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Read and interprets construction drawings and specifications
• Source suppliers and negotiate pricing and terms
• Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely project progress
• Performs quality take offs for materials
• Source and order materials in line with project needs
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
• Track and maintain order records and supplier communication
• Assist in cost estimating and budgeting support
• Raising & receipting of Purchase Orders

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in a purchasing (Construction Industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of building materials and suppliers
• Ability to read construction plans and perform take-offs
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Great time management and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other project tools
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Have unlimited working rights
