headspace Queanbeyan is a youth-friendly, free mental health service for young people aged between 12 and 25 and who offer a mix of outreach, in centre and telehealth services such as work & study support, mental health services, counselling and many others.

As a Community Services Trainee, you will

  • Develop practical skills across a range of areas including mental health case management, clinical administration, service planning, community engagement, group facilitation and advocacy.
  • Gain valuable experience working with young people (aged who access the headspace service.
  • Supported to complete a Certificate IV in Community Services, with dedicated time allocated to attend and complete training and study requirements.
