In the role of Manager, A&I Organisational Change you will manage the embedding of a culture of accessibility and inclusiveness across the department through the provision of strategic advice, policy development, organisational support, education, effective communications (storytelling) and change management.
In the role of Manager, A&I Organisational Change you will manage the embedding of a culture of accessibility and inclusiveness across the department through the provision of strategic advice, policy development, organisational support, education, effective communications (storytelling) and change management.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Provide high level advice and analysis to the Executive General Manager, Director and ATN Program Board on government and departmental strategic policy direction-setting and its application to drive organisational change across TMR.
• Coordinate the implementation of organisational change in regard to accessibility and inclusion to ensure a shift in culture and behaviours - driven storytelling, policies, processes and guidelines - that provide clarity and an understanding of both 'why change is needed' and 'how to change' to embed accessibility and inclusion to 'everything we do'.
• Provide a focal point to communicate, promote and build a culture of accessibility and inclusion, giving a consistent and common approach that is strategically aligned, using framework enablers (culture, people and processes) that foster continuous improvement and reinforce the feedback loop.
• Conduct regular stakeholder analyses and develop, deliver and monitor the effectiveness of stakeholder engagement strategies and interventions.
• Coordinate and manage the organisational stakeholder engagement and communications, including the establishment and maintenance of the ATN Organisational Change Plan to support the embedding of the AIS, tools and resources, ensuring timely engagement and effective interdependency management.
