You'll be a key member of a fast-paced, independent, ambitious team proficient across the full tech stack, committed to shipping to production daily.

What you'll do
  • Hands-on coding on the product, delivering new features and functionality, and providing support for bugs.
  • Architect, lead and deliver complex, scalable software systems with a focus on quality, delivery, monitoring, architecture and algorithm design.
  • Break down objectives into small, valuable deliverables and iteratively deliver to production.
  • Work with an AWS-based infrastructure supporting a high-volume user base.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute technical and business strategy and build user‑facing experiences.
  • Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch. Review code and design docs, and provide feedback on product specs and mocks.
  • Continuously learn and improve technical and non-technical abilities.
What you'll need
  • Proficiency in Python/Django or React; enjoy being full stack with good software design patterns, testing and clean code.
  • Experience across the Software Development Lifecycle from idea generation to monitoring production changes.
  • Strong commitment to building high-quality software with accountability and pragmatism.
  • Experience working in an Agile software development team.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Conscientious, proactive, and accountable for bugs and post-live monitoring.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; adaptable and able to Get Things Done.
