Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth operation of both the bar and floor.
• Work as a team player within a tight-knit crew.
• Run shifts, manage the team & assist with venue closing.
• Ensure the venue is set up and ready for service.
• Manage bookings and customer flow.
• Deliver high-quality, friendly service to all guests.
• Handle cash transactions and end-of-day cash-ups.
• Maintain RSA compliance and venue safety standards.
• Take orders, run food & drinks, and clear tables.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members & management.
• Provide excellent guest interaction & engagement.
• Work behind the bar and support all aspects of service.

Experience Required

• 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Experience opening and closing a venue.
• Minimum 1 year of bar experience.

Requirements

• Valid NSW RSA
• Valid work rights in Australia
• Prior hospitality experience
• Prior management / supervisory experience
• Good vibes
