**WHO WE NEED?**

Challenger is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and results driven casual leading hand to join our team. Working in an autonomous role, you will be encouraged to take pride in your work and be committed to working to a high level of safety, delivering exceptional cleaning services based on our award-winning standards and our client needs.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO?**
- Oversee and assist the Team in day to day requirements of the cleaning operations
- Complete tasks associated with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
- Cleaning both front of house and back of house areas
- Follow schedules and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Other duties associated with cleaning requirements

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED?**
- Flexible and available to work overnight Monday - Sunday
- Previous experience working as a Supervisor in a commercial environment desirable
- Have a good understanding of the safety elements associated with the job
- Have a good understanding of cleaning chemicals and their correct and safe handling
- Proven experience working in commercial cleaning with safe operating practices.
- Good presentation skills
- Sound communication skills
- Due to the location, you will require your own car, as it is not close to public transport
