Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor located in St Peter SA.

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities on a daily basis. Duties include managing construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, monitoring project progress, handling budget and resource allocation, and liaising with clients, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications

  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with construction methodologies and procedures
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
  • Proficiency in construction project management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
