Based in North Adelaide, the Administrative Services Coordinator plays a key role in managing reception and administrative services, ensuring high quality and efficient operations.

You will provide to essential administrative support to senior staff and maintain accurate systems, upholding a consistently high standard of service

You'll also make an impact by:

  • Managing and Leading the Administration Team.
  • Preparing accounts for payment and forwarding to Accounts Department.
  • Organising escorts for Resident appointments and completing relevant paperwork to forward to finance.
  • Working effectively with other staff members in one-to-one interactions, team meetings and on the general work of the program

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a reception/administration support role
  • Excellent writing skills including the ability to draft correspondence and complete documentation
  • Capability to manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a range of people including older people, staff, volunteers and visitors, particularly in relation to service to residents
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willing to obtain one.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:

  • Relevant qualifications in administration
  • Previous experience working in the aged care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Previous experience using a PABX switchboard.
