About the Role

At Wesley House, we aim to create a permanent home for our residents. Whether it's through providing a warm meal, facilitating engaging activities, or ensuring their comfort and safety, your care will be central to their well-being and quality of life.

What your day will look like:

  • Deliver responsive personal care tailored to residents' individual needs and care plans.
  • Collaborate with Registered and Enrolled Nurses to ensure high-quality care.
  • Support residents with mobility, personal needs, and day-to-day tasks.
  • Facilitate social engagement through leisure activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure care plans are followed.

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

What You Bring to the Role

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • Holds a current NDIS Worker Check (essential).
  • Has experience in providing personal care to .
  • Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrates empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for aged care.
