What You'll Be Doing

Our work is varied — from framing through to lock-up and fix — across renovations, extensions, and new builds.

You'll be part of a motivated, skilled team delivering quality outcomes on every project.

Your responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality carpentry work across all project stages
  • Read and interpret working drawings accurately
  • Maintain safe and compliant work practices
  • Mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive site culture
  • Communicate effectively with clients, builders, and team members

What We're Looking For

We're after a well-rounded, capable, and reliable Qualified Carpenter who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a respected, long-term team.

Essential:

  • Cert III in Carpentry and 3+ years post-apprenticeship experience
  • Strong toolkit and commitment to maintaining it
  • White Card and current driver's licence
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • "Can-do" attitude and pride in quality workmanship

Desirable:

  • First Aid training
  • Advanced skills across multiple carpentry disciplines
