We are incredibly proud of the care provided to our young people and are seeking a creative and motivated care coordinator to support our staff and young people in the amazing work we do.

About The Role:

You will have between 2 and 5 young people across one or two houses to case manage.

You will be responsible for the direct line supervision of up to 12 staff.

You will be responsible for coordinating and participating in multi-agency groups

You will provide a high level of professionalism when working with our stakeholders.

You will be working as a part of our leadership team including other team leaders, and report directly to your Service Manager.

You will facilitate Team meetings and supervision.

About You:

Our ideal candidate would have:

  • An interest in working within a dynamic and growing team of Youth Workers and Team Leaders
  • The ability to provide quality support and supervision to our team of Youth Workers so that they, in turn, can provide therapeutic care to our young people.
  • Experience as a in Case Manager or Team Leader.
  • A strong focus on organisation and structure within a Residential Service, developing and supporting a team to implement therapeutic care for our Young People.
  • A sense of humour and a team-first attitude towards working together.

Ideallyyou'll be TCI trained and have minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role related to kids in care and/or 2 years experience as a Youth Worker.
