Architectural Draftsperson

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated draftsperson to assist our interior design team document their incredible designs.

The successful candidate MUST be an attention to detail person who is hard working and motivated. Previous experience in residential renovations will be highly regarded, but not critical.

The role requires a person who has a passion for residential design.

You will assist our design team with preparing documentation for clients, including drafting of plans, sourcing quotations, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare floor plans & elevations
• Documentation of client requirements
• Joinery Design for kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and other home joinery
• Liaising with suppliers in relation to products and materials required for jobs
• Liaising with the production team regarding your clients order and progress
• Driving the design process through to successful completion

Skills and Experience:

• Revit
• Experience in residential design
• Able to work with the estimating, sales and production team to meet client time frames
• Excellent planning & time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to adapt to client requirements
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy of work
• Must be organised
