In this varied and multifaceted position, you will be supporting the director with all operational support within the practice, as well as, providing EA duties. This would include, diary management, meeting room set up with all relevant IT and documentation, and travel arrangements to interstate projects.

Working alongside a down to earth/supportive director, this position will allow you flexible hours and work/life balance. The team regularly socialize, with Friday lunches and team events.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Carrying out all operational functions of the practice from facilities management, office supplies, and staff IT.
  • Helping with recruitment of onboarding new staff and collaborating with external HR team.
  • Managing the Directors diary and helping organise client meetings.
  • Occasionally supporting the marketing team with submissions and updating the website/social media platforms.

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years' experience as studio coordinator/EA in architecture/construction/engineering industry
  • Experience managing a complex diary in Microsoft.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently to a tight deadline.
  • Effective verbal and written communication
