Port Macquarie Golf Club is offering a great opportunity for a passionate Chefs to join us on a part time and casual basis.

We are situated in the beautiful and vibrant coastal town of Port Macquarie. The Club works in conjunction with a beautiful 18-hole golf course, hosting upwards of 300 golfers per day. In addition to our superb golf, is the Club's successful hospitality business. The Club has completed a $1 million clubhouse renovation and is looking spectacular. There are currently over 4,500 members, 32 gaming machines, a well-appointed function room (100 pax) and the popular dining facility seating 80.

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced cooks or chefs to create a successful restaurant and function offering. Remuneration will be dependent on experience.

Flexible hours available - Part-time, casual position available 25-30 hours per week.

Experience in a commercial cooking environment, al a carte service preferred

Knowledge of kitchen operations including the preparation and service

The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment

Initiative and be self-starting

Outstanding presentation skills
