Digital Marketing Specialist

**About Us**

We’ve recently moved into our new HQ in Villawood and are growing our in-house team across creative, operations, and marketing. Our modern office and warehouse space is home to a small, close-knit group working toward the same goal: building strong, high-performing e-commerce brands.

This role is perfect for someone who knows how to plan, create, and optimise digital ad campaigns and wants to work in a hands-on, creative environment. You’ll be managing live Social and Google Ads accounts, testing ideas, analysing results, and helping scale campaigns that drive real growth.

**The Role**

We’re looking for a confident and data-driven marketer with experience managing paid advertising across Social and Google platforms. You’ll take ownership of performance marketing campaigns, develop strategies, and ensure our ad spend delivers measurable returns.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage and optimise Socal (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap) and Google Ads campaigns
- Research and test new audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies
- Track and analyse performance data using Google Analytics and platform insights
- Collaborate with our creative team to brief and test new ad content
- Build and maintain reports on ROI, CPA, and overall ad performance
- Stay updated with trends and best practices in performance marketing

**About You**
- 2+ years of experience running Meta or Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of targeting, bidding, and conversion optimisation
- Confident using Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools
- Able to interpret campaign data and make informed adjustments
- Creative thinker who can work with designers and content creators
- Organised, analytical, and comfortable working independently
