BETA DOORS is a provider and installer of garage doors and door and gate automation systems. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and innovative products. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing incoming leads, conducting follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and strong organisational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls from potential clients, provide product/service information, and qualify leads.
  • Send sales emails and calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and attend sales meetings with clients (in-person or virtual) alongside the sales team or independently.
  • Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and supporting documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Support the team with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience is required for this position.
