Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (Contract or Permanent)

About the Role

Ray Foundation Group is seeking passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver high-quality, person-centred behaviour support to NDIS participants across Perth. Choose contractor or employee arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
- Develop, implement, and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)
- Coach families, support staff, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (Psych, OT, SP, Support Coordination)
- Maintain compliant documentation per NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission
- Support the reduction/elimination of restrictive practices

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, OT, Speech Pathology, Developmental Education, or related discipline
- NDIS Practitioner ID & completed PBS Self-Assessment
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in behaviour support/disability sector
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of evidence-based, trauma-informed, person-centred approaches
- Current NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and Driver’s Licence

Desirable:

- NDIS-assessed
- _Proficient_
- PBS Practitioner; experience mentoring others

Travel & Flexibility

Community-based and in-clinic work across Perth Metro. Hybrid work options. Mileage/travel allowances or pool cars available.
