Client Services Manager – Private Wealth (NFP & HNW Clients)

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Client Services Manager to support a high-performing advisory team and help drive the next stage of growth. You'll be part of a collaborative, close-knit environment where initiative, attention to detail and client care truly matter.

About the Role

As the Client Services Manager, you will act as a critical link between advisers and clients—ensuring seamless delivery of service, advice implementation, portfolio administration and ongoing client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates with confidence, and enjoys building long-term relationships with sophisticated clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients
• Manage client queries with accuracy and professionalism
• Support formal review programs, fee renewals and portfolio rebalancing

Meeting Support & Advice Implementation

• Attend client meetings to assist with preparation, note-taking and follow-up
• Coordinate day-to-day communication and advice implementation

Portfolio Administration & Reporting

• Prepare reports, compliance documentation and portfolio proposals
• Support portfolio administration for NFPs, Private Foundations and HNW clients

Adviser & Team Support

• Oversee client onboarding, reviews and service delivery
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and in line with compliance requirements
• Partner with advisers, operations and management to deliver exceptional service
• Mentor junior staff where required

Process & Workflow Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client experience
• Uphold regulatory and compliance standards across all activities

About You

You're a reliable, detail-focused operator who enjoys taking initiative and supporting a high-performing team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solutions-driven, and committed to delivering a premium client experience.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years' experience in financial services, wealth management or client support
• Experience in a senior client service or leadership role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong technical capability across Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Xplan desirable)
• Knowledge of financial products, compliance requirements and portfolio admin
• Qualifications in business/finance/commerce (desirable)
• Additional relevant study such as Kaplan Professional (an advantage)
