The Role:

As an experienced Service Advisor your main responsibility will be liaising with the service department customers, both face to face and over the phone, you will be customer-centric and come with a positive happy attitude.

In this position your day will be busy and filled with variety; you will utilise your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer, for repair and maintenance service on vehicles.  

Must Have

  • Service Advisor / Consultant experience advantageous
  • Mechanical / Workshop background or aptitude
  • Ability to achieve excellent Guest Satisfaction
  • Customer orientated and ability to adapt, interact and respond to different types of cultures
  • Ability to always be on show ready to engage with our Customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communications
  • Effective time management skills
  • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Team Oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting & Greeting customers and provide outstanding customer experiences
  • Keeping customers up to date with vehicle progress
  • Determining the customer's needs and communicating these to the workshop, to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
  • Organising courtesy cars
  • Estimating the cost and time needed to complete a job using the Dealership Business Management System
  • Handling customer concern's and escalating where necessary
  • Carryout follow up phone calls when needed
