PATROLAPART began in January 2007 as a small family business specialising in Nissan Patrol models from 1988 to current, and has since grown to include over 30 dedicated staff members across Sales, Despatch, Inventory, Marketing, E-commerce and Research & Development departments. Alongside Patrolapart, we also run NAVARAPART, focusing on Nissan models such as D22, D40, NP300, and R51 Pathfinders. We continuously expand our aftermarket product offerings and add new products to our website daily. Our passion for four-wheel-drive vehicles drives our commitment to providing high-quality products and services.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Inventory and Product Speciailst for an on-site role located in Lilydale, VIC

The Inventory and Product Specialist is a vital part of our team responsible for managing all aspects of of our inventory, Daily tasks include communicating with suppliers, ensuring accurate inventory records, and communicating with the Sales and Despatch teams to resolve issues and provide accurate lead time information.

As a product specialist you will be responsible for creating all products in our ERP system accuratly, controling price lists and creating enaging, accurate listings for our E-commerce platforms to use.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Mechanical background or strong mechanical aptitude is a must
  • Familiarity with Nissan Patrol and Nissan Navara and/or aftermarket parts is a plus
  • Experience with inventory management software is beneficial
