**About the Role**:
Position: Marketing Specialist

Annual salary: $80000-$110000

We seek a driven and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you willdevelop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, engage customers, and support sales growth across multiple channels.

You will work across digital and traditional channels to promote our diverse range of furniture, home goods, and lifestyle products. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of a trusted Australian retailer serving the Melbourne community for over a decade.

**In this role, you will help drive the growth and diversification of the business through**:
1) Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company’s diverse product range - including furniture, homewares, kitchenware, garden supplies, and more - tailored to the needs of the local community and broader Melbourne market;
2) Provide input on all aspects of marketing, including pricing strategies, advertising, promotions, sales activities, and distribution channels;
3) Manage digital advertising across platforms such as Google, Meta, and Facebook, focusing on driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth;
4) Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to optimise ROI and refine customer acquisition strategies;
5) Assist in executing brand-building initiatives, including coordinating local sponsorships, community partnerships, and in-store promotions to enhance visibility and strengthen customer relationships;
6) Deliver post-campaign and post-event reports; conduct internal reviews and propose recommendations to improve future campaigns;
7) Enhance customer engagement by providing prompt, professional, and helpful responses across all communication channels.

8) Strengthen brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring our values of value, quality, and service are clearly reflected.

**What You’ll Bring**:
l A Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.

l 5+ years in a marketing role (Professional experience preferred).

l A proactive mindset, creative thinking, and commercial awareness.

l Ability to work closely with the sales and purchase teams to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.

l Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
