ABOUT THE COMPANY.ABOUT THE POSITION.DUTIES.
  • Assist with managing Pre-Contract and Post-Contract stages.
  • Create procurement and contract advice.
  • Responsible for the measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and pre-tender estimates.
  • Assist with projects from feasibility through to the completion of the project, ensuring on time delivery and budget control.
  • Preparing detailed Estimates of the Engineering Services Trades.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • A bachelor's degree in project management or construction management (Majoring in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying.
  • Exposure to MEP projects.
  • Currently holding a membership in an accredited professional organisation (e.g. RICS, AIQS) is desirable.
